HR Policy:
Process of recruitment
: To be able to postulate in a job in BICEC, it is necessary to fulfil certain prior conditions.

Conditions of short listing of candidacies:

  • Be 28-year-old maximum
  • Be holder of a at the very least identical level of studies in BAC+2 (AVD, UDS, UDT, UDPS )
  • Have performed two academical practices at least or more in firm
  • Have good knowledge in computer (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
  • Have good notions in English and/or in French
  • Have dependable telephone coordinates

The procedure of recruitment

  • Tests : It is about psychotechnic tests, tests of logic, tests of general knowledge
  • Discussions : They are constituted of several stages
    • The bet in situation or maintenance of group: It allows to assess the behaviour of the candidates in a professional situation
    • Individual maintenance: It allows the Department of Human resources to land with the candidate of personal questions on his academical course, his work experiences, his sociocultural environment, and all other questions which will allow to surround it better.
    • The maintenance of jury: It takes place in the presence of 3 senior managements among whom a member of the committee of direction. It is aimed at having another evaluation of the candidate other than that of HRD to confirm possibly or preempt the valuation of HDR.
    • Individual maintenance (the last): At this stadium the candidate is maintained by another the upper frame different from the one who accepted it during the maintenance of jury. It is about an additional circumspection to have several opinions on a candidate before offering it in conscription to the Managing director.
  • The committee of conscription: It is composed of all members of different jury as well as representative for the HRD. Its role is to shortlist the candidates who will have been identified in jury and to eliminate those from it whose performances during tests and discussions will have been considered deficient. One shorts-list of the candidates is worked out and introduced to the General Manager who decides on the conscription of the future collaborators.
